Position Summary
Our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in the guest experience. Team members often rotate between cleaning guest rooms and maintaining the hotel's public spaces, ensuring every area of the property reflects the high standards of Lora Hotel. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great position for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.
What You'll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Lora Hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they are guest-ready and meet quality standards.
- Rotate between guest room cleaning and public space responsibilities based on daily operational needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of hotel common areas, including hallways, elevators, lobbies, stairwells, and public restrooms.
- Clean and maintain the Feller Restaurant dining room and guest restrooms.
- Clean and maintain the Event Center, including meeting spaces, public areas, and restrooms before, during, and after events.
- Restock housekeeping carts, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items promptly.
- Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Work as part of a supportive team to ensure every guest has an exceptional stay.

- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
