Sparkle Car Wash is urgently hiring a Site Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and create an environment where customers love to come — and employees love to work.

Compensation & Benefits:

$55,000–$65,000 annually.

Monthly performance bonuses up $1000.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team performance.

Drive sales, membership conversions, and key performance metrics (KPIs).

Oversee cash handling, site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Conduct team training, coaching, and performance check-ins.

Perform and monitor maintenance inspections and preventative upkeep.

Foster a strong culture of service, sales, and teamwork aligned with Sparkle values.

Open and close the site, ensuring top performance every day.
