We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Site Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations at our facility. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient execution of janitorial, custodial, and sanitation tasks across the site
- Lead team management efforts by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to staff members
- Monitor adherence to safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a secure environment for all personnel
- Oversee the implementation of cleaning & sanitation management protocols in line with industry best practices
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards are met or exceeded
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
- Foster excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining high standards of cleanliness in hospitality or hotel settings
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward common goals
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to sanitation, industrial cleaning, and workplace safety protocols
- Experience in managing janitorial operations within hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Excellent managerial communication skills for clear instruction delivery and team coordination
- Background in laundry services or housekeeper management is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
