- Provide professional, prompt, and courteous administrative support to the commercial lending team.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of commercial loan documentation.
- Coordinate loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers, loan officers, title companies, insurance agents, and internal departments to gather required information.
- Track financial statements, insurance documents, collateral records, loan renewals, and exception items.
- Review documents for accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
- Support commercial loan closings by helping prepare, collect, and organize required documents.
- Maintain confidential customer and loan information with care and professionalism.
- Provide ongoing customer service support for commercial banking clients.
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and customer experience.
- 3+ years of administrative experience required, preferably in commercial lending, banking, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience supporting loan officers, commercial lending teams, or financial services departments strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while staying organized and professional.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a warm, helpful, and outgoing personality.
- Working knowledge of loan documentation, financial records, insurance tracking, or collateral files preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Dependable team player with a positive Texas-sized attitude.
