Looking to Hire for 2026 Season!
We are growing!
We are looking to add to our team for Fri, Sat and Sun. 9-6 but willing to consider just one of those days if you have availabilty.
Also looking for a therapist that may want a call in or part time when needed position. Great way to make extra cash quick!
This is 1099 commission plus Tips. Must provide own Liability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Performs massage and body services that meet the established guidelines for the type of service offering and that fulfill guest expectations.
- Meets the needs of the guest at all times throughout the service.
- Cleans and disinfects all equipment on a daily basis or as used.
- Begins and ends all treatments on time.
- Works assigned schedule and arrives and departs from their shift on time
- Ensures that work areas are clean and set according to procedures.
- Checks own clients out and reschedules for next visits.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license in massage therapy or other credentials required by Missouri
- Willing to work both locations if needed
- Previous massage and body work experience. (will accept new graduates)
- Must be able to build rapport with guest.
- Guest check out and rebooking required
- Opening and closing of Spa
- Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests. Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
- Strong team player/ Laundry/ light cleaning
- A comfort level with product recommendation.
- The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- This position requires the following abilities: balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, tactile sense, repetitive motions, seeing, hearing, talking, and visual acuity.
- The employee will be required to operate the following tools: massage oils and lotions, hot stones, hot cabbie, hand towels, and disinfectants.
