Marketing & Transaction Support
An in-house Contract-to-Close coordinator manages paperwork and deadlines from contract to closing. A dedicated marketing team handles listing marketing, social media content, branded materials, and campaign support for every agent on the team.

Your Responsibilities:
-
Manage an active pipeline of buyer and seller clients from lead to close
-
Work leads provided by the team alongside your own sphere and referrals
-
Represent clients at showings, listing appointments, negotiations, and closings

Use Brivity CRM to track every client and follow-up
-
Collaborate with the in-house marketing and transaction teams on listings and paperwork

Mentor newer agents as your production grows (compensated)
You're a Great Fit for This Role If You Are:

Active Texas real estate license
-
Track record of closed production as a licensed agent
-
Comfortable working inside a CRM and team-provided systems (Brivity, Dotloop, Slack)

Strong communication skills with clients, lenders, and other agents

Self-motivated, coachable, and open to team-based lead generation
