growing. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join
our team and help us keep every project moving from start to finish.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in the daily operations of Supreme Solar
& Electric. In this position, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our project
workflow — coordinating all clerical tasks, communicating directly with customers, and
ensuring every project advances smoothly through each stage of completion. If you

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate and coordinate solar installation projects from initiation through
completion, ensuring all administrative milestones are met on schedule.
Contact customers directly to collect required documentation, obtain signatures, and
communicate project status updates in a professional and friendly manner.
Submit Homeowners Association (HOA) applications and track approval status
through to resolution.
Prepare and submit city permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
local requirements.
Conduct permit runs to city offices and relevant municipal agencies as needed.
Attend and support plan walkthroughs, ensuring all required sign-offs and paperwork
are completed.
Proactively follow up with customers via phone and email to maintain project
momentum and resolve any outstanding items.
Maintain accurate project records and update the company CRM/database with
current project information.
Handle general clerical duties including filing, data entry, correspondence, and
document management.
Collaborate with internal teams — including sales, operations, and field crews — to
ensure seamless project handoffs and timely communication.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel to permit offices and
project sites required).
Personal laptop required for use in the office.
Proficiency with CRM software, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to
new database management systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-friendly
phone manner.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and
deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of
assigned tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1 year of experience in the solar industry preferred — but not required. We are happy
to train the right candidate.
Prior experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a related field.
Familiarity with HOA processes and/or municipal permitting.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
