- $86,000 yearly base salary
- Lump-sum Bonus when annual profit goals are achieved is 10% of base salary

A Day in the Life of the Construction Manager may look like:
Working the majority of the day from home to…
- Win projects by creating precise, well-structured bids from construction plans/specs, ensuring accuracy and follow-through from proposal to project completion.
- Pursue commercial leads received from our Business Development Manager to continually grow our list of recurring clients.
- Ensure all scheduled labor and materials are in place well in advance of deadlines, preventing delays and inefficiencies.
- Manage project budgets with precision, tracking costs to keep projects profitable and on schedule.
- Identify and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring work stays on track and within budget.
- Make sound, independent decisions while leveraging the strengths of the team to keep projects moving forward efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate gaps in our work force and rectify them by hiring new subs and employees as needed.
Working in the field a few hours of the day to…
- Visit job sites to ensure smooth operations, evaluate progress, problem-solve issues, and oversee the Job Superintendent.
- Engage directly with owner’s reps and other key stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and coordinate actionable next steps to guide workflow to completion.
- Work closely with the Job Superintendent to actively manage crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration and job completion.
