Job Title: Business Analyst
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Charlotte, NC (local preferred, in-person interview required)
Required Pay Scale: $60-$64/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Job Summary:
Acting as the only planning and delivery resource on a mobile engineering team supporting customer facing financial features in a high release, nonstop environment. They'll be the main point of contact into a room of developers (18 person scrum room that sits out of SF), need to contextualize requirements, document clearly, and communicate across a large technical team.
Top Must Have Skills:
- Independent and well spoken, able to lead and manage communication with a large technical/scrum team
- Technical enough to identify whether a requirement is front end or back end
- Experience working alongside UX and design teams on .com or mobile products at a large company.
Nice to Have:
- Direct mobile product experience
