Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance
- Manage kitchen-related tasks including basic cooking assistance and maintaining cleanliness of appliances and counters
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained for safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a focus on sanitation standards
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with housekeeper management systems or scheduling tools is a plus
- Basic cooking skills to assist with light meal preparation or kitchen upkeep when needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks effectively
