We’re not looking for a placeholder superintendent.
We’re looking for someone who runs the job - schedule, subs, safety, and quality - without excuses.
This is a full-time traveling role for a field leader who takes ownership of schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination from mobilization through closeout.
What You’ll Lead:
● Daily on-site construction operations
● Subcontractor coordination and schedule execution
● Jobsite safety and clean construction standards
● Quality control, inspections, and punch list
● Field communication with Project Manager and clients
What We’re Looking For:
● 5+ years as a commercial or industrial GC Superintendent
● Experience managing multiple trades on complex builds
● Strong ability to read drawings and solve field coordination issues
● OSHA 30 preferred
● Procore experience a plus
● Comfortable with majority travel
Travel & Compensation Details:
● Home every other weekend (trip paid)
● $250/day travel allowance ($175 hotel / $75 meals)
● Company-paid flights and business expenses
● Rental car provided (no personal vehicle required)
● Company cell phone
