Be the front line of the WE Fest experience. Gate Crews manage entry into the concert bowl, ensuring guests are welcomed efficiently while maintaining accurate and secure access control.

Scan guest tickets using RFID equipment

Verify ticket types and ensure proper access to designated areas

Assist guests with entry questions and basic troubleshooting

Shifts take place throughout the festival, with peak staffing during main entry times and headline performances.
1st shift 12:30 pm - 7:00 pm Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th
2nd shift 6:30 pm - 12:30 am Thursday, August 6th through Sunday, August 9th at 12:30 am
