Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Christian Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for educating young children, creating a nurturing learning environment, and exemplifying God's Love.
Duties:
- Create lesson plans that promote physical, cognitive, and social development
- Provide individualized instruction to support each child's learning needs
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes child welfare and well-being
- Organize and lead activities that promote physical education, literacy education, and overall development
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must be able to pass background checks
-Strong understanding of child development principles and curriculum development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
