What you’ll do
- Perform a variety of types of facials.
- Administer advanced treatments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with industry standards and tdlr requirements to promote health and safety.
- Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance guest experience and drive retail sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes guest services and hospitality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service.
Basic qualifications
- Valid State of Texas Esthetician license.
- Esthetician license issued by Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an esthetician in a spa setting is strongly preferred.
- Background in cosmetology or related fields is a plus.
- Interested in providing and launching waxing services

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
