Job Title: Florist / Floral Designer – Training Available

Pay Rate: $12.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for creative, dependable individuals to join our flower shop team. Previous floral design experience is not required. We are willing to train candidates who enjoy crafts, working with their hands, being creative, and learning how to make beautiful floral arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift designs.
- Prepare flowers and materials for customer orders.
- Follow arrangement designs and special customer instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Help care for flowers and floral supplies.
- Work efficiently with the team, especially during busy periods.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when needed.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; paid training is available.
- Interest in crafts, flowers, design, or creative work.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Schedule:
Flexible shifts are available between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. Employees will work scheduled shifts within these hours based on their availability and the needs of the business.
Language Openings:
- Two openings for candidates who can communicate effectively in English.
- Two openings for candidates who can communicate effectively in Spanish.
- Bilingual candidates are welcome, but bilingual ability is not required.
