Job Overview
We are looking for Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors to join our team. We have a non toxic work environment and everyone helps each other out. I have two full time positions open for day shift, one permanent Night Auditor and one Part time Night Auditor. This is for Front Desk so we are needing someone that is reliable and dependable. Experience is not needed...We will train the right person!
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and assistance with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while reconciling daily transactions
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues with a positive attitude, and foster guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols by conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours
- Update and complete shift reports, incident logs, and other documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Support front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision and hospitality expertise
Experience
- Strong background in night audit procedures, guest services, and customer relations, but not necessary.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual proficiency and phone etiquette mastery
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is preferred but not necessary.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that values hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction
