We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk associate to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle administrative and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Monitor visitor access and maintain guest logs as needed

Coordinate deliveries, packages, and service requests

Respond to resident concerns and escalate issues when appropriate

Maintain accurate records, reports, and daily logs

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintenance requests

Support property management staff with administrative tasks

Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain organized and presentable

Enforce community policies and procedures professionally
Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
Salary: Up to $20 DOE
