About the Role
As a Production Equipment Technician, you will serve as a key contributor to our high-speed manufacturing operations by supporting machine operators and ensuring the seamless production of premium packaging materials. Your efforts in equipment preparation and quality oversight directly impact our ability to meet production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient floor environment.
Responsibilities-
Collaborate with machine operators to execute efficient equipment setups and perform essential troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Monitor production output continuously to verify quality standards and minimize material waste.

Operate stand-up forklifts to safely transport finished goods and manage raw material staging.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.

Verify that all required materials are staged and ready for production runs to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications-
Proven ability to operate industrial power vehicles, specifically stand-up forklifts.

Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to distinguish colors accurately.

Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably in an industrial environment around solvents and heavy machinery.
