<p>We are seeking Bilingual customer service specialists to join our team! As a Student Information Specialist you will be responsible for the verification of a student&rsquo;s information and providing general information about the college or university. You will be the first point of contact in helping others achieve their higher education goals!</p>

<ul><li>Deliver scripted information to callers (inbound and outbound)</li>
<li>Accurately disposition calls</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a knowledge base of all client schools</li>
<li>Consistently meet quality standards for call quality and procedures</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><p><b>SKILLS REQUIREMENTS</b></p>
<ul><li>Fluent in both English and Spanish</li>
<li>Previous experience in a customer service orientated field</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Positive and professional demeanor</li>
