Personal Injury Attorney

We’re looking for a Personal Injury Attorney who’s hungry to grow, ready to take on responsibility, and committed to delivering real results for clients who need strong advocates in their corner.
What You’ll Do:
- Run your own caseload with the support of a tight-knit, hands-on team.
- Meet with clients, build trust, and guide them through one of the hardest times in their lives.
- Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery — and handle cases from intake through trial if needed.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel to maximize client recovery.
- Show up in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court ready to fight for the client.
What We’re Looking For:
- JD and licensed to practice in GA (in good standing).
- 1–3+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred, but we value drive and talent above all.
- Strong writing and courtroom skills — confident, clear, and persuasive.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple cases without losing your edge.
- A “clients-first” mindset — we care deeply about the people we represent.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
