Irrigation Technician
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job description:
We are seeking a full-time experienced Irrigation Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, repairing, installing, and maintaining new and existing lawn sprinkler systems. They must be reliable, motivated, flexible, and have a positive attitude.
Irrigation Technician Responsibilities:
· Perform system start-up in the Spring, including a full inspection and making any repairs/replacements needed or requested by customer.
· Perform maintenance on irrigation systems: programming/replacing controllers, repairing broken lines and wires, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair, replacement of broken heads/nozzles.
· Installation of new drip and irrigation systems.
· Perform Mid-Season checks of systems as needed.
· Perform Winterization of systems at the end of the season.
Irrigation Technician Requirements & Certifications:
· 1 + years previous Irrigation Technician experience.
· Must have a clean, valid Michigan issued Driver's License.
· Must have a valid DOT Medical Card.
