Position Overview
Transparent Window and Door is seeking motivated, energetic, and professional Door-to-Door Canvassing Sales Representatives to help generate qualified leads and appointments for residential window and door replacement projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, competitive, self-driven, and comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face. Successful candidates will play a critical role in building our pipeline by creating opportunities for our sales consultants through neighborhood canvassing, community engagement, and direct prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our window and door services
- Generate qualified appointments for in-home consultations
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy-efficient windows and doors
- Track daily activity, leads, and appointments in company CRM systems
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive company representation at all times
- Follow assigned territory maps and daily prospecting goals
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs as required
- Work collaboratively with sales managers and closing sales representatives
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
- Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
- Experience in home improvement, roofing, solar, windows, siding, or related industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
- Competitive sports, sales, or customer service background
Compensation Structure
Compensation may include:
- Hourly base pay or draw structure

Pay: $45,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
