Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance / Handy Man Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various maintenance This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, providing timely service and maintenance to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Can Make up to $900.00 a week based off of performance and experience.
- 1099 Independent contractor position
- Must have your own tools
- Valid driver's license & transportation is required for travel between job sites.
- Must be able to Work in the Shreveport & Bossier city areas.
- Previous experience in property maintenance or construction is advantageous.

Duties
- Execute field service tasks including repair and property maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in welding tasks and other construction-related duties as required
- Experience as a service technician or in field service roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job.
- Able to work alone at times & complete jobs on time.
