Experience RequirementsExperienced Registered Nurses
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical experience required for ICU, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Telemetry, and Oncology positions.
New Graduate Registered Nurses
- New graduate opportunities available in select states.

- Unit placement based on clinical rotations and facility needs.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Successful candidates will work in modern healthcare facilities equipped with advanced technology and supported by experienced clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality care standards.
Patient Acuity & Staffing Ratios
Patient Acuity:
- Low to moderate acuity, including stabilization and chronic disease management.
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:
- General Units: 3–4 patients per nurse
- Higher Acuity Units: 1–3 patients per nurse
Technology & Clinical Resources
- EPIC and other leading EHR platforms
- Automated medication dispensing systems
- Patient lifts and mobility assistance devices
- Advanced wound care and clinical technology
Orientation & Training
All newly hired nurses participate in a comprehensive 12–13 week orientation program that includes:
- Clinical skills development
- Hands-on bedside training
- Dedicated preceptor support
- Ongoing performance evaluations
- Professional development and mentorship
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN License or NCLEX-RN passed
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are preferred and may be reimbursed
