About the Position
Sculpt Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This position combines front desk responsibilities with sales coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service while helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, sales-driven, and passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Assist patients with treatment recommendations and service options.
- Coordinate consultations and follow up with prospective patients.
- Help convert consultations into booked treatments through exceptional communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate financing options and treatment packages when applicable.
- Process payments and maintain front desk operations.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of front desk experience in a customer-facing environment.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, medical spa, or a luxury service industry.
- Previous experience in the aesthetic or cosmetic industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable discussing treatment options, pricing, and financing.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Experience with aesthetic EMR or CRM systems is a plus.
