COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY apply. Looking for reliable, responsible grounds maintenance worker for Montmartre Apartments and Properties. Seasonal position that could become year round for the right candidate.
Full-Time or Part-Time Available.
Duties include general maintenance of grounds including but not limited to;
- Operation of gasoline powered lawn equipment and tractors
- Mowing grass, edging, and cleaning up properties
- Planting, trimming, and watering shrubs and trees
- Trash removal
- Use of hand tools and power tools
- Help with basic interior maintenance and repairs as needed
- Physical labor tasks such as moving furniture or appliances
- Interacting with residents and other staff in a respectful manner
Qualifications and Skills;
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Experience with operating various tools and lawn equipment
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all weather including extreme heat and cold
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
