Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the lead contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, managing relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-first mindset.
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their goals and proactively offering product recommendations, creative services, and strategic guidance.
· Oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, from initial discovery through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and brand standards are met.
· Collaborate with Sales Coordinators for day-to-day support while maintaining management and overview of clients and projects.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and assist in onboarding new clients
- Use HubSpot to record all client communication, including phone calls, meetings etc.
Qualifications:
· Associate degree or equivalent experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
· Proven customer service skills.
· Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
· Experience using HubSpot or other CRM preferred

W.S. Emerson Company is currently seeking a full-time Sales Coordator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enter and process customer orders accurately in coordination with the account management team.
· Communicate with vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, timelines, and order details.
· Track order progress and delivery timelines, providing updates to internal teams and escalating issues when necessary.
· Assist in managing proof approvals, revisions, and final approvals from clients.
· Help source products based on client needs and price point, working from vendor catalogs and preferred supplier networks.
· Prepare supporting documentation, such as order confirmations, shipping details, and project recaps.
· Maintain accurate and timely data in the company’s CRM and project management systems.
· Collaborate with the Senior Coordinator to prioritize daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow across the team.
· Help assemble client presentations, samples, and promotional materials as needed.
· Contribute to maintaining organized files, digital assets, and documentation for ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
· 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus.
· A team-player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
