Mid-Level - Master Technician Local Ford Lincoln – Homer City, PA
Pay: Flat rate hour (based on experience and productivity)

As our dealership continues to expand, we are seeking experienced mid-level to master-level Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform repairs on a variety of vehicles (primarily Ford/Lincoln, with opportunities across makes).
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and service work efficiently and to high standards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technical resources to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while delivering exceptional customer service through quality workmanship.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician at mid-level or master-level proficiency.
- ASE certifications, manufacturer training, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license; PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses are a plus.
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
