We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Director of Residential Services to lead our program. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for elevating clinical quality, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing, mission-driven teams. The Clinical Director will shape program strategy, ensure exceptional care delivery, and foster a culture rooted in accountability, compassion, and our core values.

Position Overview
The Clinical Director serves as both a strategic and operational leader, overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services while ensuring regulatory compliance, program effectiveness, and sustainable census growth. This role partners cross-functionally to strengthen operations, enhance patient outcomes, and support the development of a high-performing clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant service delivery
- Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff, fostering accountability, engagement, and ongoing professional growth
- Uphold and advance a culture of excellence, professionalism, and compassionate, stigma-free care
- Drive and sustain client census through program quality, strong outcomes, and collaboration with admissions and outreach teams
- Partner with organizational leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize operations, resolve challenges, and implement strategic improvements
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including oversight of length of stay and treatment effectiveness
- Lead clinical programming, including case conceptualization, treatment planning, clinical interventions, and discharge coordination
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards
- Support initiatives that improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall treatment outcomes
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in Colorado (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW required)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership and staff management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role
- Prior experience as a Clinical Director in behavioral health or addiction treatment strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria and evidence-based treatment practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and support program growth
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
