Review and audit medical records for accuracy and completeness

Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in medical documentation

Ensure that all medical records are maintained in a secure and confidential manner

Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any issues related to medical documentation

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and exceptional attention to detail. A background in healthcare or medical records management is preferred. Additionally, candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
