Operations Manager

ARTS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our public transportation system. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service while supervising drivers, dispatch, maintenance, and facility staff.
The Operations Manager works closely with the Executive Director to lead daily operations, support regulatory compliance, oversee staff development and training, coordinate scheduling, monitor fleet and facility operations, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization. This position also plays a key role in reporting, safety programs, transportation planning, and building positive relationships with employees, community partners, and the public.

Qualifications:
- Three or more years of management experience.
- Experience in public transit, transportation, fleet management, or a related field is preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, transportation, or a related discipline is preferred.
