We’re looking for a creative and compassionate Memory Care Activity Assistant to help plan and lead engaging programs for residents in our 35-apartment Memory Care Neighborhood. Bring your energy, empathy, and imagination to a team that makes every day meaningful for our seniors.
Responsibilites

Plan, organize, and lead group and one-on-one activities.

Encourage resident participation to promote social, emotional, and cognitive wellness.

Assist with outings, celebrations, and special events.

Prepare and decorate common areas for holidays and themed activities.

Support the Memory Care Activity Director and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
-
1–2 years of experience in assisted living or long-term care working with memory care residents preferred.

Compassionate, energetic, and creative personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for planned activity events.
