Do you enjoy fixing things, solving technical problems, and making customers happy? We are looking for a Coffee Repair Specialist to diagnose, repair, test, and maintain our premium coffee equipment. You'll play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives a machine that performs like new.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot coffee machines and related equipment.
- Repair electrical, mechanical, and water system components.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and testing.
- Replace defective parts and ensure machines meet quality standards before shipment.
- Document repairs, parts used, and service notes accurately.
- Work with customer support to resolve warranty and repair cases.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe repair workspace.
- Track repair inventory and communicate when replacement parts are needed.
- Identify recurring product issues and provide feedback to improve product quality.
- Meet repair turnaround goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Work with Customer Service on troubleshooting
This is a full-time position in Largo, FL. NO REMOTE!
This position is located in a warehouse which gets very hot (this is Florida) we do our best to provide fans to help with the heat.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
