About Us
Inclusion Fusion is a social club for neurodivergent adults in Henderson, Nevada. We run weekly social groups, clubs, and events/parties that give our members what every adult deserves: a social life, a friend group, and a place to belong. Think weekly hangouts, craft and cooking groups, trivia nights, parties, and holiday events, all built around real connection and friendship.
We're looking for someone who can capture what makes our community cool and share it with the world through content that feels genuine, fun, and real, not polished or corporate. This is a hands-on, in-person role. You'll be here with us, getting to know our members and team, and creating content from real moments as they happen.
Representation matters, especially online. The way we share our community is not just about promoting a local organization, it is about representing the disability community in a thoughtful & authentic way. Our social media presence helps highlight our members, showcase our programs, and promote inclusion on a wider scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Visiting our groups, clubs, and events on location to shoot photo and video content
- Capturing day-to-day moments that show what our community is really like
- Editing photos and videos into content ready for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Posting and managing our content calendar across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok & Facebook)
- Getting to know our members and staff so you can capture authentic, natural moments instead of staged ones
- Coming up with content ideas that fit our community and platforms
- Staying on top of trends, especially for TikTok and Reels, and adapting them to fit our voice
This role is perfect for someone who loves being around people, feels comfortable in social settings, and wants to do more than just manage a content calendar from behind a screen. You'll be in the room with our members and staff, so a warm, easygoing presence matters just as much as your editing skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with DSLR photography and videography (required)
- Experience creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Comfortable filming in real, unscripted environments
- Strong video editing skills (Reels, TikTok-style edits, etc.)
- Based in or near Henderson/Las Vegas, NV, and available to be on location regularly
- Genuine interest in community, disability inclusion, or working with neurodivergent adults is a big plus
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently once you know our members & company
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Strong storytelling ability and creative eye for visuals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
