Position Summary
Bug Tussel Wireless is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an AT&T Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the face of AT&T within our retail locations, helping customers connect to the people and things that matter most. You will provide expert guidance on AT&T wireless products and services, recommend personalized solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience every time.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their needs and wants in a friendly, professional manner
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions
- Demonstrate AT&T products and services and explain technical specifications
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Assist with inventory management and product displays
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and industry trends
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
- Represent Bug Tussel and AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
- 1+ year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Technologically savvy and eager to learn about wireless technology
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Language Skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Bilingual is a plus
