Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen. In this role, you will be the heart of our pizza kitchen, crafting delicious, high-quality pies that keep our guests coming back for more. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning.
- Ensure all food safety sanitizing procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Maintain high standards of food handling, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with team members during busy periods to ensure timely meal production and excellent service.
Experience
- Previous experience in stretching dough and making pizzas.
- Strong knife skills and experience operating kitchen equipment are essential for efficiency and safety.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is necessary to uphold health standards.
