General Summary
Provides leadership and execution for enterprise leadership development, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Partners with leaders and HR stakeholders to strengthen leader capability, organizational effectiveness, and change adoption. Translates enterprise frameworks and expectations into well-designed, impactful leader experiences and organizational interventions.
Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
- Leads design and delivery of leadership development programs aligned to enterprise leadership frameworks and expectations.
- Supports succession planning, leadership talent review processes, and leader readiness initiatives.
- Partners with leaders to diagnose organizational and team effectiveness challenges and recommend interventions.
- Leads and supports change management planning and execution for enterprise initiatives.
- Collaborates with Instructional Strategies and Innovation to align learning content, modalities, and instructional design to leader needs.
- Facilitates leadership cohorts, workshops, and leadership forums as needed.
- Supports culture-building, engagement, and leader action planning efforts.
- Partners closely with the Director to ensure consistency with enterprise governance and strategy.
- Leads and develops consultants, specialists, and program administrators within scope.
- Measures effectiveness of leadership and organizational development interventions.
Travel Requirements:
- Estimated Amount: 20% - Travel within WellSpan service area is required. Additional travel may be necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree In Human Resources Development, Leadership Development, Coaching and Organizational Development, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field Required
- Masters Degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field Preferred
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or related roles Required
Driver's License Statement:
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience leading change initiatives and facilitating leader development
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and manage complex initiatives
