We are a fast-paced brokerage & property management company seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are interested in building a career in the real estate field, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a busy office environment. The right candidate must be professional on the phone, communicate clearly with clients, tenants, vendors, process servers, courts, and property owners, and follow office procedures accurately.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing calls appropriately
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Responding to emails and online portal messages
- Scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and office tasks
- Assisting with eviction files, notices, court-related documents, and case updates
- Entering and updating information accurately in company systems
- Following up with clients, property owners, tenants, vendors, and process servers
- Scanning, uploading, organizing, and maintaining documents
- Assisting with daily reports, service updates, lockout coordination, and file tracking
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive client and case information
- Providing general administrative support to the office
Qualifications:
- Prior office, receptionist, administrative, property management, legal, or real estate experience preferred
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain organized under deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including email, document management, and data entry
- Ability to follow instructions and office procedures accurately
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with urgent deadlines
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Business-casual attire is required
- Regular and dependable attendance is essential
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with property management, evictions, real estate, legal filings, court documents, or landlord-tenant matters
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Approximately 33 hours per week
Pay:
Starting at $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. Please note that this position does not include health insurance benefits.

Our office assists landlords, property managers, and property owners with eviction services, property management support, notice preparation, court filings, lockout coordination, and related administrative services. We are looking for someone who can become a dependable part of our team and help keep files, communication, and client service moving efficiently.
