Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless communication needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate mobile devices, accessories, and related products to highlight features and benefits effectively
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Upsell additional products and services by understanding customer preferences and offering suitable options to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products to create an inviting shopping environment
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries, ensuring clear communication and professional service
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about device functionalities, plans, and features, fostering confidence in their purchase decisions
- Support store operations by handling retail math calculations for transactions, maintaining the cash drawer accurately, and processing retail sales transactions efficiently
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, cash handling, and retail math is essential for smooth transaction processing
