We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent our services inside retail locations. This is a full-time, W2 direct hire position offering a consistent schedule and strong earning potential in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation: Base salary plus bonuses and commission, average earnings of $1,000 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers inside retail locations to promote TV and entertainment service options
- Deliver clear, professional product presentations based on customer needs
- Assist customers with new enrollments, upgrades, and service recommendations
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain a clean, organized retail display and represent the brand with professionalism
- Track daily sales activity and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a retail setting
- Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Able to work full-time, Thursday through Monday
