What You'll Do
- Set up CNC machines for production.
- Inspect first-piece parts.
- Obtain QA approval before production.
- Adjust machine offsets as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Follow control plans and inspections.
- Change inserts and basic tooling.
- Troubleshoot basic machine alarms.
Must-Have Qualifications
- CNC machine setup experience required.
- Blueprint reading experience.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Quality inspection experience.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Able to use precision measuring tools.
- Reliable for second-shift schedule.
Nice to Have
- Gear manufacturing experience.
- CMM or M7M chart experience.
- CNC machining experience.
- Knowledge of control plans.
- Tool management experience.
Pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour
Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour
