As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a crew to perform electrical installations as well as maintaining the job timeline, keeping it on schedule and within budget, and reporting to team leaders on any setbacks and updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team on electrical installations and electrical repairs.
- Plan and assign tasks to crew members.
- Train and guide apprentices on electrical installations and repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Inspect all electrical work is up to company standards and complies with national, state, and local codes.
- Communicate with team leaders regarding all project statuses.
- Maintain proper and accurate documentation.
- Ensure that every team member is performing work duties safely.
Qualifications
- Experience in the electrical construction industry.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical codes.
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of safety laws and regulations.
