About Monster Fight Club
Monster Fight Club is a tabletop gaming and terrain company creating miniatures, scenery, games, and accessories for hobbyists around the world. From our facility in Earlysville, VA, we handle everything from production and product assembly to warehousing and order fulfillment.
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on product packing, inventory handling, and customer order fulfillment, with opportunities to assist other departments as needed.
Your Role
As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you’ll help make sure our products are packed correctly, orders leave our facility accurately and efficiently, and our warehouse stays organized and ready for day-to-day operations.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify products, quantities, and order details before shipment
- Prepare packages for domestic and international shipping
- Print and apply shipping labels and required documentation
- Package products carefully to help prevent damage during transit
- Assist with processing larger retail, distributor, and special orders
- Help maintain an organized flow of orders during high-volume periods
Product Packing & Assembly
- Pack finished products into retail packaging
- Assemble product components, kits, bundles, and game materials
- Count, sort, bag, label, and organize individual components
- Perform basic quality-control checks while packing products
- Prepare finished inventory for shelving and fulfillment
- Repack or rework products when needed
Warehouse & Inventory
- Receive, move, organize, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain organized shelves, bins, packing stations, and storage areas
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Break down boxes and dispose of packing materials appropriately
- Restock shipping and packing supplies
- Help keep warehouse and work areas clean and safe
- Lift and move boxes, products, and materials throughout the facility
Cross-Department Support
Monster Fight Club is a small, hands-on team, so flexibility is important. While this position is primarily warehouse and fulfillment focused, you may occasionally assist other departments based on workload and business needs.
This could include:
- Helping the production team with basic product preparation or assembly
- Cleaning, sorting, or packing manufactured components
- Assisting with convention or event preparation
- Preparing products, displays, or materials for upcoming shows
- Helping with general facility organization
- Learning additional equipment or production processes if interested
No previous manufacturing or tabletop gaming experience is required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work on-site in Earlysville, VA
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Able to follow packing, inventory, and fulfillment procedures consistently
- Dependable and able to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Willing to learn and adapt as priorities change
- Comfortable occasionally assisting outside of your primary department
Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, retail stocking, manufacturing, or inventory experience is helpful but not required.
Interest in tabletop games, miniatures, crafting, or hobby products is a plus!
