Marco's Pizza, Cornelius - General Manager
Marco’s Pizza in Cornelius is looking for an experienced food service leader for our General Manager.
Our managers are self-motivated, goal-oriented, fun individuals with a strong ability to lead and motivate their crew. The General Manager handles the day-to-day operation of the store and focuses on customer service, quality product, leadership, team development, and food & labor costs.

Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:
People & Store Operations
- Develop, share knowledge and experience, and train Team Members and Shift Leads.
- Develop an effective Team Member and Shift Lead schedule
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with Team Members and Shift Leads.
- Properly executes, enforces and manages all food safety requirements and practices.
- Ensure all security procedures are executed (safe procedures, open/close procedures etc.)
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
- Effectively support local store marketing and promotions to maximize sales potential
- Control food components, labor, waste, and cash across shifts.
- Valid Driver’s License / Transportation
- Hours: 50+/- per week
