Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service and an interest in buying / selling precious metals, rare coins, jewelry, and diamonds.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers through buying / selling precious metals, coins, jewelry, and diamonds.
-Build rapport and trust with customers.
-Continuously learn the world of precious metals, coins, and diamonds.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries, provide information, and bring customers to the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Preferred Candidates
- Prior experience in retail sales; phone, solar, car, roofing, computer sales, etc.
- Proficient in cash handling and retail math calculations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
