Job Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and ready for use.
Essential Duties
Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
Keep the dishwashing area, kitchen, and work areas clean and organized.
Empty trash and maintain clean trash areas.
Assist with putting clean dishes and supplies away.
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and other duties as needed.
Follow all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen items.
Must be dependable and able to work as scheduled.
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to perform repetitive washing, cleaning, and sanitizing tasks.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
