Alliant Capital Management is Now Hiring! We have immediate openings in our Fort Myers office. Each employee has a base hourly rate as well as a monthly bonus opportunity. We have several collectors making over $80k per year!
Our Collection Agency has been consistently growing since 2013. We can provide stable employment now and for the future. Our collectors assist customers with resolving their outstanding balances by coming up with solutions that help the consumer and also meets our clients expectations.
Alliant Capital Management is looking for debt collectors who have strong communication skills and who enjoy spending much of their day speaking on the phone. We expect a positive attitude and a willingness to help the consumer in a professional manner.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED COLLECTORS, BUT WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANIDATES WITH NO EXPERIENCE.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT, HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND BE A STRONG NEGOTIATOR.
Responsibilities:
- Contact consumers to arrange payment of their outstanding balances
- Set up payment plans or determine settlements for debtors who are unable to pay in full
- Document all communications and actions
- Provide regular feedback to management
- Skip Trace/locate consumers
- Dial anywhere between 200-250 calls per day
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to work 37.5-40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
