POSITION OVERVIEW
- Join a brand-new FQHC clinic opening in April 2026
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Fully outpatient practice with no hospital responsibilities
- Structured scheduling templates with capped daily volumes
- Administrative time added as patient panel grows
- Collaborative leadership team with strong physician support

SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday Schedule
- Some Sites Offer Four 10-Hour Day Work Weeks
- 15-20 Patients Per Day
- Administrative Time Added Once Provider Reaches 200 Patients Per Month
- Call Approximately One Week Per Year
- Phone and Text Call Only
- No Weekend Clinic Responsibilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $275,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000
