Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must be a team player and can work closely with medical staff to ensure a positive patient experience and commitment to results.
The company is looking for a Front Desk/ Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Fort Worth location, working from Tuesday to Friday.
- Answering phones, welcoming patients, and handling patient flower from check in to check out
- Verifying patient information, providing consent forms and obtaining necessary documents
- Maintaining and updating patient's database
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Following HIPAA compliance and OSHA guidance
- Organizing physical files and virtual paperwork
- Creating and submitting front desk report at the end of day
- Maintaining cash registry
- Maintaining the lobby, reception area, and other common areas
- Attending staff meetings/ training
- Follows provider delegation of medical tasks in accordance with state and institutional rules
- Performs both administrative and clinical care duties
- Provides consent forms and reviews any medications or medical documents with patients and documents them in EMR
- Communicates with pharmacies about prescriptions and prescription shipment tracking
- Maintains electronic medical records and updated patient logs
- Performs EKG’s, vital signs, body composition analysis, venipuncture, and intramuscular injections
- Verifies electronic medical orders, and administration of prescribed drugs
- Assists cosmetic injection providers with appointment preparation (i.e., patient photographs and topical numbing)
- Maintains strict patient confidentiality
- Maintains clinical supplies and clinical organization
- Audits provider schedules to ensure proper booking practices
- Handles and maintains clinical inventory
- Schedules and confirms appointments
- Assists in training new hires
- Provide training and coverage if needed
Qualification Requirement:
. Must be able to work from Tuesday to Friday
· Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred
· Must have strong telephone and computer skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and coworkers
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
· Provides positive patient and colleagues interactions
· Ability to work in a fast-changing, team-oriented environment
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
