Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their inquiries, purchases, and product demonstrations.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Utilize basic math skills for tasks such as calculating change and processing discounts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in retail math to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
- Utilize sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support in various areas of the store.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and sales
- Experience in retail sales, including stocking, POS, and cash register operations
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell to customers
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Familiarity with technology sales and electronics sales
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in jewelry sales or merchandising is advantageous

Pay: $15.92 - $16.00 per hour
